Step 1
Preparation
Organize the planning team, secure the Sanggunian mandate, and set the budget and timeline.
The LGU organizes the CLUP Technical Working Group, issues the executive/legislative issuances authorizing the plan update, prepares the work-and-financial plan, and sets the participatory planning calendar.
